Pain after fever
My friend(30yrs male) had viral fever for 3 days and had joint pain and shoulder pain. Now it's been two weeks but still he has joint pain and shoulder pain. He also visited doctor he told him that it is a side effect of fever. I want to know that can he take multivitamins capsules for these pains fir 1 month? So that he can get rid of it and he also workout daily. Please suggest what to do?

Most likely he has post viral myalgia and joint pain, that lasts for a few weeks to even months. It will resolve on its own.He could take pain killers and multivitamin mineral supplement for a month or two.

Try applying heat or cold packs, practicing gentle exercises like yoga or swimming, and consuming anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, and omega-3 rich fish to help alleviate post-viral arthritis symptoms.
