Oversleeping , feels sleepy all day
I am sleeping too much , 10 hours approx, sometimes 12-13 hours . I eat fruits in the morning , maximum time roti and sabji in the afternoon , salad in the evening and roti and sabji in the dinner , doing meditation for 20 minutes twice a day and exercise daily in the morning  but still no significant improvement and I feel sleepy all the day  , what should I do ? I am a student and this much sleep doesn't allow me to compete through the cut throat competition of today's world. Please help 🙏 my study is completely online based , all my friends are able to study very very well with a sleep of 6 hours but I feel sleepy even after 8 hours of sleep . My sleep schedule is - 11pm to 5 am and sometimes 10 am to 2 pm or 4 pm and sometimes 2 pm to 6 pm and sometimes 7 am to 12 pm

Please do CBC and serum electrolytes. Eat citrus fruits more. After eating something take walk for 15-20 min. Wake up in early morning do suryanamaskar atleast 10-15. Drink warm water. Then do breakfast. After lunch also don't go to sleep directly. Take walk for 15-20 min. Avoid late night mobile use. Drink plenty of fluids.

Because of Iron deficiency fills lazy and sleepy so consult physician for better treatment.check ur haemoglobin level, include iron in ur diet.

Everything about your food is ok. But your sleep schedule is not good. First stop sleeping during day time and do not forget to excercise. Follow for 21 days. If still not relieved of over sleeping, fasting or panchkarma (virechana) may be required based on your condition.
