I am sleeping too much , 10 hours approx, sometimes 12-13 hours . I eat fruits in the morning , maximum time roti and sabji in the afternoon , salad in the evening and roti and sabji in the dinner , doing meditation for 20 minutes twice a day and exercise daily in the morning but still no significant improvement and I feel sleepy all the day , what should I do ? I am a student and this much sleep doesn't allow me to compete through the cut throat competition of today's world. Please help 🙏 my study is completely online based , all my friends are able to study very very well with a sleep of 6 hours but I feel sleepy even after 8 hours of sleep . My sleep schedule is - 11pm to 5 am and sometimes 10 am to 2 pm or 4 pm and sometimes 2 pm to 6 pm and sometimes 7 am to 12 pm
