Over dose of ayurvedic medicines
On 29 April I took hridyamrit vati at 1 pm Then medha vati at 2 pm and then again hridyamrit vati at 4pm Since then I am feeling little headaches, dizziness also difficulty in concentration Also I was suffering from covid since 12 April so I was taking giloy ghan vati and sawashari syrup ...but after I developed chest pain That was the reason to take hridyamrit and medha vati on 29 April I also got myself ct scan of my brain ...and according to doctor everything was normal But still I will as if my mind is not active properly ...

Hello Not only you but Many patients in the post covid phases have suffered Such symptoms .Just Don't Worry...Be Calm have patience...Maintain a complete balanced Diet..Start practicing anulom vilom pranayam  for 5 min and meditation for 10 min Morning And Evening. Take Kooshmaand Rasayana  5 gm BD for one month(empty stomach) Amritarisht 20 ml Bd for one month  after meals
