I have a larger cysts in my right ovary of about 6.5 cm which doc says could be endometriosis or a chocolate cyst of complex nature. I have been on 21 days contrapective pills to prevent it in increasing size..I am 31 years of day and not married but I am facing immense pain on my 1st 2 days of period. my periods are regular with regular flow. What should be done in this case? Is removal of cysts suggested? Are there in any medications for this?

I guess it would be good to remove that cyst as it is quite large in size. Also it has few bleeding spots inside. As the report shows hemorrhagic spots.
Also u have calculi in the ureter like there is mild block to urine flow in left side.
Do u get burning urination ?
For calculi u need to drink water well and barley, tender coconut water. They have not said a calculi is seen but there is obstruction stone might be present in ureter. Not kidney.
That is not of much worry.
But the cyst is quite large maybe with bleeding or maybe chocolate cyst and is so large that right ovary itself is not properly visible. Surgery is the best option as it is already large
U are having ovarian cyst and ureteric calculi both .
Please tell me more about your
Diet
Bowel movement
Any other health issues
Are u taking any medicines
