I have an endometrioma cyst in both ovaries of around 2cm. I have been advised of panchkarma and basti. Will this procedure resolve the cyst or is it just taking a chance. Should i go for it. Please suggest.

Yes but we have to not ignore main cause of diseases so first you have to diagnose what pathology behind it then if these procedures helps you, you can go for panchkarma although there are many medications in ayurveda which works best on such conditions besides panchkarma.

A 2 cm endometrioma usually needs long-term management. Panchakarma and basti help reduce pain, inflammation, and slow the cyst’s progression, but complete disappearance of the cyst cannot be guaranteed. Ayurveda works best when treatment is personalized after evaluation. I suggest you consult me for the right plan.

Yess, panchakarma and basti can help to resolve endometrioma  if its size is 2 cm and also can get relief from complaints of pain in the abdomen caused due to endometrioma.
Next Steps
It would be better if you share your scan and other reports you have for proper guidance

There are chances that without panchkarma it can get resolved. I can suggest you a diet and certain ayurvedic medicine after having consultation as i need to know your prakriti first before prescribing

HELLO, ENDOMETRIOMA CYST (CHOCOLATE CYST) GENERALLY DO NOT COMPLETELY SHRINK ON IT'S OWN. PANCHKARMA CAN HELP WITH PAIN, INFLAMATION, AND PREVENT FURTHER PROGRESSION, BUT EXPECTING BOTH CYST TO FULLY DISAPPEAR WITH IT ALONE IS INREALISTIC. FOR CYSTS AROUND 2-4 CM, WE USUALLY DECIDE TREATMENT BASED ON :: YOUR PAIN LEVEL,MENSTRUAL SYMPTOMS, FERTILITY PLANS, CYST GROWTH ON RECENT SCANS. IF THE CYST IS STABLE AND SYMPTOMS ARE MILD, AYURVEDIC + MEDICAL MANAGEMENT IS A SAFER OPTION. IF THERE IS RAPID GROWTH OR SEVERE PAIN , THEN SURGICAL OPINION IS REQUIRED. YOU ARE NOT JUST TAKING A CHANCE -- BUT CHOOSING TRAETMENT SHOULD BE INDIVIDUALISED.
Next Steps
IF YOU WANT, SHARE YOUR RECENT ULTRASOUND REPORT AND SYMPTOMS; I CAN GUIDE YOU PRECISELY ON WHETHER PANCHAKARMA ALONE IS SUITABLE OR IF YOU NEED COMBINED TREATMENT.
Health Tips
DON'T JUST GO WITH THE FLOW IN THE NAME OF AYURVEDA. IF YOU WISH , I CAN GUIDE YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. JUST REACH OUT ME WITH THIS.
