One-sided pain

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Pain in right breast that starts abruptly and extends to whole right side of the body but mostly concentrated in arm pit, upper back, shoulder blade and forearm. It makes me feel very sick and week and it increases when I am stressed or overburden with work. It may increase without these conditions as well. I am having this for compile of years and consulted a few doctors. Got a brain MRI which was fine. Also consultant a neurologist who told me everything is fine. Kindly advise.
