Hello Doctor, my mother has fever for the past 10 days. We have taken blood and urine tests. All Normal.
We have also taken ferritin and d dimer tests. That also shows normal results. Our general physician prescribed antibiotics and paracetamol tablets. Still fever comes and goes. Please help

What other symptoms besides fever does she have.?
A blood culture, urine culture and chest xray may be needed to find out the cause of fever.
If any cough or breathlesness, Covid test would be needed.
