Neck stiff ,Pain,Breathlessness

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Suffering from following 1) Left side neck below ear is paining and stiff. 2) Left side head between ear and eye is paining. 3) Right leg thigh and calf is paining. 4) mostly feel breathlessness while climbing stairs. Pls suggest who or which practisoner to consult.
