Muscle pain in neck and shoulder
I was having shoulder and neck pain in the morning due to wrong sleeping position and lifting heavy weights the last day. Suddenly I fainted and then started having seizures when my mother started pouring water on my head. Whole thing lasted for 15-20s. I have a history of convulsions but that had stopped years ago when I was little.

A seizure episode in someone with a childhood history of convulsions is an important medical event that should not be taken lightly, even if many years have passed since the last episode. Fainting followed by a brief seizure can represent a recurrence of an underlying seizure disorder, and needs proper neurological evaluation. The neck and shoulder pain from your sleeping position is a separate, minor issue. Please do not drive or operate machinery until you have been evaluated.
Next Steps
Please see a neurologist soon — ideally within the next 1-2 days. An EEG and a review of your seizure history will be needed. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
