Neck and shoulder pain around spine
Was playing football and suddenly suffered pain around back of the neck. Not able to look down and if I try to pushy neck down or either side there is a huge pain near centre spreading into the back of shoulder region as well
Even when I move my hands there is pain
The pain is a bit down from the neck region starting from the central bone
Not able to sleep
When I get up from bed using support of my hands it pains a lot
Maximum pain when trying to bend my neck down
