  4. My vitamin D3 is 3. Unexplained pains?

My vitamin D3 is 3 .
Is it related to upper and lower back pain or pain in muscles. I have done complete body test .. my CBC , liver , kidney , thyroid , sugar , ultrasound of stomach , ldl all are fine . But then why do I have these unexplained pains ? My ESR is 30 .
