My body is paining a bit since a month, especially joints /ankles. My lifestyle is sedendray, whole day sitting job, so no physical moments at all. Even I did not saw/experienced a sunlight since couple of months. Next 4-5 months I will have such busy and sendentray schedule. I read somewhere, that multivitamin tablets can be a partial solution in such situation.
