Better to go for one more USG abdomen to see the size of the calculi . If the calculi still persists better have Arogyavardhani vati along with Kokilaksha Kashaya 20 ml twice daily with quarter glass of warm water . Patient feels pain abdomen only when calculi obstructs the duct.
