Mouth ulcers pain
Is it okay if I have a painkiller for mouth and tongue ulcer pain. Have around 6-7 near tongue area. Mucopain Gel works for a limited amount of time, the pain feels too much. Please suggest a painkiller for the same. Thank you. A doctor asked me to take vitamin C and Vitamin B2 for speedy recovery.
