If you have relapse of mouth ulcers, take tab doxycycline 200mg one daily for 7 days.
Tab Becosoule, twice daily for 10 days.
Apply orasore ointment over ulcers 2 to 3 times daily.
If you have constipation, correct it
Avoid spicy, hot, food.
For doubt of HIV, get test done now and after 2 weeks.

1st you go for a HIV and HPV test for yourself.
Maintain mouth hygiene using Betadine gargle 3-4 times a day. Avoid any sexual contact till your HIV and HPV test report.
