Last 4 days I can't eat, even I can't drink water having pain in mouth feels burning . Did blood test and got to know typhoid TO and TH is 1:80
So the typhoid reason for mouth ulcer?because other than that I don't have any other symptoms of typhoid.
Doctor given antibiotics and some medicine but no improvement

Mouth ulcer home diet: opt for soft, bland, and cold foods like yogurt, scrambled eggs, mashed bananas, smoothies, and ice cream, avoiding spicy, acidic, salty, or sharp-edged foods like citrus fruits, tomatoes, chips, or nuts that can irritate the ulcers.
This can be due to infection or vitamin deficiencies. Will require detailed history and evaluation. Kindly consult on seven eight eight seven five three five two one zero for further advice.
Locally apply zytee lotion before food, nothing by mouth till 30 minutes.
Folic acid 5 mg twice a day after food for ten days.
Becosul z one at night for ten days.
ZERODOLE SP Three times a day after food for five days.
Continue typhoid medicine.
