Mild pain on left corner of stomach

Hi Doctor, Sometimes in a day i feel mild pain or sensations on left corner of my stomach, mainly i feel while standing or sitting, very mild, after sometimes its come to normal again. Could you please tell me what could be the reason? Thanks.!
