Very bad hygiene. Gums in corner is inflammatory. A nail mark is there. You had hurt your gum.
Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3to5.
Tab azee500 one per day after food for 3to5.
Montek lc one at night for five days. Rinse your mouth after every meal with warm water n salt.
From your above symptoms you have infection around wisdom tooth area which is quite common.Fever, pain in oral cavity, body pain are all the signs of infection. You may also have pus collection around gums and you have dental caries also
If left untreated your infection may spread around surrounding tissues causing facial cellulitis, deep neck spaces etc.
Next Steps
For treating infection :
-Tab amoxicillin clavulanate twice a day for 5 days
-tab paracetamol 650 mg twice a day
-tab omeprazole (before food) twice a day for 5 days
Take the tablet alone is not enough, you should visit a dentist for dental caries as you probably need root canal treatment, and to evaluate the extent and amount of pus collection. If there’s more pus you may need drainage.

From your description:
• Small blood blister near wisdom tooth corner earlier
• Scratched it with nails
• Now mild pain + redness
• Pain on touching outside cheek
• No fever (98.4°F normal)
• Mild body ache
Most likely this is:
Next Steps
✔ Stop touching the area
✔ Warm salt water gargle 3–4 times daily
✔ Maintain good oral hygiene
✔ Continue Combiflam only if pain significant (after food)
You may also use:
✔ Chlorhexidine mouthwash (if available)
See a dentist urgently if:
• Swelling increases
• Pus discharge appears
• Fever develops
• Mouth opening becomes painful
• Pain becomes severe
If it worsens in 48 hours, you may need antibiotic after dental examination.
Health Tips
✔ Do not scratch oral lesions
✔ Avoid very spicy or hot food
✔ Stay hydrated
✔ Monitor for swelling near jaw
Right now this looks like a minor localized gum issue, not a spreading infection.
If pain continues beyond 2–3 days or swelling increases, it’s best to get a proper oral examination. You can also book an online consultation so we can assess the progression and decide early if dental antibiotics are necessary before it becomes complicated.
The clinical photograph shows significant swelling and redness in the posterior gingiva (gum area) behind the lower molars. history of a "blood blister" followed by scratching it with a fingernail likely introduced bacteria into the delicate tissue, leading to localized infection or inflammation.
The "mild body pain" and tenderness on the outside of the face are signs that the inflammation may be spreading or affecting the nearby lymph nodes or muscles of mastication.
While a temperature of 98.4°F is normal, the persistent pain and localized swelling require professional intervention to prevent a more serious abscess.
Next Steps
Urgent Dental Consultation: Schedule an appointment with a dentist today for a clinical examination and possible X-ray to check for an impacted wisdom tooth or a deep-seated infection.
• Antibiotic Assessment: A healthcare professional needs to determine if a course of antibiotics is necessary to resolve the infection.
• Pain Management: Continue the prescribed dose of an anti-inflammatory (like Combiflam) only as directed by a doctor; do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Warm Saline Rinses: Gently rinse the mouth with warm salt water (1/2 teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water) 3–4 times a day to help reduce local bacteria and soothe the tissue.
Health Tips
• Do Not Interfere: Strictly avoid further scratching, poking, or attempting to "pop" the swollen area with fingernails or any tools, as this can push the infection deeper into the jaw or bloodstream.
• Soft Diet: Stick to soft, cool foods and avoid chewing on the left side to prevent further irritation of the inflamed tissue.
• Watch for Red Flags: Seek immediate emergency care if you experience difficulty swallowing, difficulty breathing, limited mouth opening (trismus), or a high fever.
