Mild Legs pain
Hiii... My brother is 32 years old... He had mild leg pain for a few days... By doctor advice he got a complete body checkup... Every report was normal.. Only vitamin D and vitamin B12 was very low... The doctor told him to get an injection....in which 5 injections for B12 AND TWO injections for vitamin D...should he be given an injection? Plz suggest... I also attached his report below...

Oooo hhh drastically low. Vit d3. Symptoms  r due to these. Uprise d60k two times a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months  for vit d3  or Inj Uprise d60k once a  month intramuscular in gluteal reason  for two months. Vitb12 Tab neurokind od one at night for 3 months after dinner.

S vit D3 levels are quite low…. S. B 12 levels can be better if you can include non veg diet ( if possible) Usually pure vegetarians suffer from vitamin B12 deficiency
