Female-34 years, Fever, constant Body pain, Vomiting sometimes for last 3 days. Have taken Paracetamol tablets but still the body pain is there and fever reoccurs

You have fever only or have runny nose too Any take paracetamol 500 mg three times a day for 2-3days and take cetrizine 10 mg twice a day for 2days If fever doesn't subsides then you need to consult a physician for investigations and examination or to add antibiotics if needed
