Mild chest pain
Hi doc, I am having mild chest pain post covid..after steam inhalation the pain disappears but after few hours again slight pain is there.This is happening since last 3-4 days. Is it a cause of concern?

Hello dear Chest congestion is a common problem in post covid phase for few days. You can take steam inhalational 2-3 times per day with Foracort-200 inhaler×BD.

This is post covid complications, chest congestion more common go ahead with steam inhalation 2-3 times and do breathing exercises. You can also get an ecg and chest xray done

Chest pain aggravating on exertion - go for ecg Other than this check ur oxygen saturation if normal then relax continue steam inhalation and spirometry

Just continue steam inhalation and also monitor bp and saturation. Take vitamin C and Zinc tablet.
