Let's Work Together on Your Mental Health
It's great that you're reaching out for help. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it's okay to seek support.
Here are some general steps that might help:
Prioritize Self-Care:
Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.
Nutrition: Eat balanced meals and stay hydrated.
Exercise: Regular physical activity can boost mood and reduce stress.
Relaxation Techniques: Practice mindfulness, meditation, or deep breathing.
Connect with Others:
* Socialize: Spend time with friends and family.
* Support Groups: Join groups with people who understand what you're going through.
Seek Professional Help:
* Therapist: A therapist can provide personalized guidance and support.
* Counselor: A counselor can offer counseling and advice.
* Psychiatrist: A psychiatrist can prescribe medication if needed.
Remember, it's okay to ask for help. There's no shame in seeking support.
If you think you are undergoing some psychological changes then it's best to visit a counseling psychologist asap to clear the problem.
It needs to be diagnosed and treated accordingly for the best outcome.

Prioritise your needs everyday. Focus on what is important at this moment. Seek help from friends and family. If that doesn't help, talk to a therapist. She can help you with techniques to help you recover.
You need to focus on solutions. Minds job is to think. You have to consciously focus on what you are presently doing. Concentrate on now. If you think about Past it will trouble you and future will increase your anxiousness. Breath in and out and get your concentration into present. Still if your issues are unsolved then take professional help.
According to me When some talk about mental health it means he is facing issues at three levels 1.thinking ( overthinking)worry or rummination, 2 emotions ( unhelpful negative emotions) 3 unhelpful actions. All these levels are co related so it would be better if you work on them . change in any of them leads to change in others.so talk to psychologists who can help you to deal with this .
In simple words, please let me know what you think about because your mental health is determined by the quality of your thoughts. The content of your thoughts. If you’re thinking negative, your mind, you’re feelings or action all will be impacted, so I would like to know what goes on in your mind, so as to treat you properly all the best.

Practice mindfulness or meditation to help center your thoughts and reduce anxiety; apps like Headspace or Calm can guide you. Engaging in activities you enjoy, whether itâs reading, art, or spending time in nature, can also provide relief. Consider talking to a mental health professional, as they can offer tailored support and coping strategies. Social connections are vital too; reach out to friends or support groups to share your experiences.
