Hi,
I have fever, cold, and severe throat pain, due to which I’m unable to speak properly. My job requires speaking. May I know if you can please provide a valid medical certificate online after consultation stating that I need rest and should avoid speaking or keep it minimal for a few days

Fever,Cold,Severe throat pain can be due to Acute pharyngitis/acute tonsillitis... Since u are saying you are unable to speak,it can be pharyngitis.
U need to consult prior and medical certificate can be issued based on your symptoms and severity.
