Lower back pain
I have been into fitness n gym for more then 7 years and regularly workout in the gym but about 6-8 months back due a power lifting contest i had lifted a very heavy weight due to which i am having lower back pain and the pain continued till now..i am not able to do my regular workouts properly when i am going heavy and even if i do sometimes i am facing a lot of lower back pain so i want to ask if that can be cured by physiotherapy and how much time would it take?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.
