Problem since 2014. I used to play basketball regularly. Now doing gym for 2 years.
I jumped high and landed on hard floor regularly when I played basketball. 2+ years ago, I had pain even when I got up from bed. The pain was so much that I bent my back, walk slowly and then straighten up when I get out from bed.
However, I joined the gym and the pain is 80% less. I easily get up from bed and walk straight as well.
But, I run on treadmill for 6 min and it starts paining. When I push my lower back forward it hurts. I stand for long, it hurts. I have a constant feeling that the pain is there.
What should I do?

Chiropractic Mobilization will help.
Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
This seems to be a derangement in spine. Proper exercises will help to recover problem. Meanwhile avoid bending forward, lifting heavy weight, avoid slouched sitting and standing. Listen to your pain and avoid activities which aggravates your symptoms. Consult a physiotherapist who are working in spine clinic like quispine.
