Lower back pain
I had lower back pain for 1 week as I want to tell u that I go to gym 5 times a week. I do stretching for lower back so I got instant relief but not for long time. I also apply volini and take dolonex dt but nothing happens. NOT MAJOR BACK PAIN

sir pre warm and post stretching is essential after work out take epsom salt bath twice a day for a week the problem will resolve , if not then meet physiotherapist.
