I have pain in back, some people due to vitamin C deficiency sone say due to wrong posture , i even join gym posture for 4 month contineously , but has student long duration study required and apply techniques , still same problem

Hi in your case vitamin B12 and d3 level is needed and along with habits and easy hack to prevent back pain .sometimes because of low vitamin B12 also your muscle strength remain poor and you experience doing lot exercise it doesn't feel like gaining strength .
