Lower abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 18 Years

The pain started almost immediately causing severe pain around the right bottom abdomen. A little Apple Cidar Vinegar mixed with lemon juice was taken but I threw it up and right now the pain intensifies by the minute. Menstrual cycle also just started but I usually don't ever have cramps while on my period. This is a pain am not sure is associate
