Low weight gain in 3 month baby
My baby boy was 2.7 kgs at birth. His weight gain is very less every month. He gained 700 gms in 2nd month and 600 gms in 3rd month. Currently he is 4.4 kgs. In the first month his urine output was low, 2-3 times in a day and he would  poop once in 7 days. From 2nd month his urine output is 8- 10 times in a day and he poops every alternate day. So I feel my milk supply is normal.but  Why is his weight gain so less. I'm am unable to understand. He is a active baby. But I feel sad to see him so lean when other babies of his, age are so chubby.
