This weight is normal although height, head size and milestones have to be seen together. Only weight is not that important. Formula itself cannot cause cough and cold. Unless there is gastro esophageal reflux. Does your Pediatrician suspect that. Unless weight has decreased, nothing to worry about. Please visit a pediatrician again

A weight of 6 kg at 3 months is generally within the normal range. Formula milk does not directly cause cough or cold. The more important concern is the fast breathing. If your doctor has mentioned possible hospitalization, please monitor closely for: • Chest indrawing (ribs pulling in) • Feeding difficulty or reduced feeds • Breathing rate >60/min at rest • Bluish lips or unusual sleepiness If any of these are present, the baby should be reviewed urgently. For cold symptoms, continue feeds, use saline nasal drops if advised, and keep the baby well hydrated. Bottle feeding itself is not a cause of cough/cold, though proper bottle hygiene and feeding in a semi-upright position are important.

3months old 6kg is normal weight. Formula feed doesn't cause cough and cold. And cough, cold, fast breathing is concern, need to be examined. May need admission if hypoxemia.

Greetings Mode According to the World Health Organization (WHO) growth standards, a weight of 6 kg for a 3-month-old baby boy is completely normal and sits right around the average 50th percentile. Formula feeding does not directly cause a cold or a cough, as these respiratory symptoms are typically caused by common viral infections. However, because your baby is showing fast breathing alongside a cold and cough, this is a notable clinical sign that requires immediate medical assessment to rule out conditions like bronchiolitis or pneumonia.

1. Your kid weight is normal for 3 months 2. Cough and cold don't give any medicine just put Nasoclear nasal drops 2drops in both nostrils every 6th hourly for 3 days. 3 fast breathing means you should if Respiratory rate is morethan 50 per minute then needs to take to hospital 4. Formula milk doesn't cause cough and cold
