Low vitamin B12
I got my Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D checked which is lower then previous tests 2 years back. B12 147 pg/ml D 20.7 ng/ml

Hello well for your vitamin B12 level I will suggest you to have more of green leafy vegetables which will help in improving your condition.. Hand coming to the vitamin D levels I would also tell you to sit out in the sun especially morning 9 to 11 for at least 20 minutes.... thank you
