Low Vit. B12 and D for 20 eyar old
I am 20 years old and my Vitamin D is 14.94 (Normal 20-100) and Vitamin B12 is 271 (Normal 211-911). I am a vegan and hardly get time to go in the sun. Should I take OTC multivitamin pills, which ones?

It is advisable that you get exposure for atleast a minimum of 15mins per day. I would advise you to do this rather than taking any supplements at this point as it can still be reverted without the need for supplements at this point. Make a known effort to get some sun and it can also reduce the risk for skin infections and other roblems but if you're insistent then you can have a weekly vitamin D satchet in water.

You need to take vitamin d. Either take capsule form or get IM injection. You can start with uprise d3 60k once a week for 6 weeks. Tc
