Low TSH levels
My father's TSH level was 6.46 in March 2023(t3,t4 was normal)..He is taking thyronorm 75 mg since that time..In yesterday's bloodwork also t3,t4 is normal but tsh has become <0.01..Kindly tell me whether it's a serious condition or not.Im worried about his health Please help

No need to worry.the dose needs to be titrated.if he is otherwise ok.please reduce the dose to 50 and retest in a month.
