Low iron without anemia
Hello all,
Done lab test and full body checkup though young Indians full body check up plans. Report shows all reading values are as per expected values except my iron values though I have good haemoglobin reading that is 13.7
What should I do now. And whom should I consult.
IRON PHOTOMETRY 40.9 µg/dl
Reference Range :
Male : 65 - 175
Female : 50 - 170
Method : FERROZINE METHOD WITHOUT DEPROTEINIZATION

Need to know a few details:1.were u been in a persistent fever state or taking medication for a long time? 2. Any history of recent blood loss or donation? 3. Serum ferritin or transferrin levels
