Good hydration is the key to improving blood pressure. Make sure he takes adequate water daily and heeps his sugar under control. If he has occasional giddiness when he gets up from bed or lies down, usually while looking up, he might be having BPPV. He needs to visit an ENT and do an exercise to reduce symptoms.
