It there is Family history of Hypertension and Diabetes and you yourself too have blood sugar levels higher than normal, then you should monitor your blood pressure at different times of day and different days in the week. BP varies with time of the day (lower inthe morning andhigher in the evening) and for people having stressful work like target oriented office jobs they have higher readings on Monday mornings and lower readings on weekend evenings. Keep low your salt intake because salt adds water volume to blood which in turn takes up the blood pressure. Avoid undue thinking which adds to your stress. Keep exercising, have some fatigue to sleep nicely.
