Left upper and middle chest pain

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have left upper and middle chest pain which occur suddenly its been 2 years is checked with docs last year they took my ecg,echo and tmt but its found normal, i dont understand what its caused its suddenly occured in without exercise time its occured very less buy when i start little exercise its occured plz suggest
