Left Arm pain and mid chest pain
I have left arm pain(mostly on biceps and forearms) Mid chest pain on slightly right side(only when I press that aria) Yesterday I have done ECG and Lipid profile test which is completely normal Is there anything to worry, should I go to further tests related to heart?

Reports are normal but pain is there. You can go for muscle relaxants and pantaprazole tablets along with antacid syrup for 2 weeks
