Left arm below mild paining

My left arm paining i was checked with cardiologist and gone through eco,tnt and results negative. But little pain sometimes in my left arm. Please suggest any remedy for this problem

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now i can just suggest you a pain killer like a tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 2 days.
