Itching in lower leg
There is been itching in her lower leg just above the ankles it's been 4months or so . She checked her sugar cholesterol etc everything's normal . At first I thought it's because her skin getting dry but she use moisturizer every day use oil before bath etc .but it didn't stop. when she use detol itching stops .but then again after sometimes it come back .mostly it occur in evening. What should she take to stop this..? Is this some kind of bacterial infection... ??... is there an oinment or something that she can use..?

This looks like a mixed skin infection -fungal and bacterial.  Need to take oral antiallergic and apply anti fungal cream.

Its a fungal infection. Needs oral anti fungals.
