Hi, the pain with bleeding on passing stools is most likely an anal fissure.  Avoid straining. A consultation would help clarify this.

Based on your description of intense anal pain, bleeding with stools, and pain on touch lasting one month, this is most likely an anal fissure — a small tear in the lining of the anal canal — rather than hemorrhoids or a fistula. Fissures typically cause sharp pain during and after passing stools along with bright red bleeding. They are usually caused by hard stools or constipation. High fibre diet, plenty of water, and sitz baths (warm water soaks) help, but a proper clinical examination is needed to confirm and treat it.

Your history suggest more likely anal fissure .but need clinical evaluation by general surgeon or proctologist. You need to change your dietary habits and lifestyle modifications. Constipation is biggest enemy in your case.increase fibres in diet and try stool softener like lactulose syp.or isabgol (natural).

It is difficult to provide an opinion without a clinical examination. Please visit for an examination, after which we can guide you appropriately. If your symptoms persist or worsen, you may consult a surgeon for further evaluation.
