Recently some nutritionist advised me to have Quantity Peak Pro as a supplement since I joined gym 5 mnths back, he advised it is absolutely herbal & there are no side effects of it & is good for increasing stamina & helps to hold muscles. Please advise if it is safe to have it & whether it has any side affects or not.
Also Is Biotin from wow safe to have as I have hair problems so it is safe to have biotin to boost & strengthen hair growth, does it have any side effects.
