Iron deficiency
I have been taking Feronia XT tablet upon seeing the CBC Report but I feel fatigued and my stool color has changed to black. Should I continue with the medicine or skip? Attaching the picture of CBC Report.

Hb is normal Mcv is low indication iron deficiency Fatigue could be because of low iron content

Your current Hb is o.k. Stop taking it. Get thyroid function tests,  serum vit b12 and D3 done. Share results. Avoid stress and relax adequately. Take more of fresh vegetables and fruits,  avoid spicy food. Drink more water.

Iron change the stool color to black. Add folic acid5 2 times a day after food for two months. Polybion lc syr10 ml after dinner for two months.  For better  absorption of iron.

Stop taking feronia Xt tablets..ur heamoglobin is in optimal range now..change in the stool colour is coz of iron tablets..instead u can eat iron rich content food..such as anjeer pomegranate beetroot
