It been three days penis is ichy while urinating , and tip of the penis as gone sore RED. i have been drinking coconut and water regular now it is coming down..seeking your advise please

Hello it's quite possible that you are suffering from urinary tract infection now it is because of your reduced water intake... I would suggest you to continue taking coconut water and also get one urine routine test done so that we can check for any infection... Increase the amount of intake of water thank you
