Take adequate fluids
Take ors sachets and dilute it in one liter of water and drink as much as possible
Take dolo 650 thrice a day
Take antibiotic tab ofloxoz twice a day for 5 days
Take pantoprazole once in a day 5days
Tab levocitrizine twice a day

still fever is not subsided, get blood investigations done
