Sir I have a lot of fever(101 degrees) and body pain when i take medicine fever goes down but after few hours again come plz recommend some good medicines

See as a doctor i need to know details of ur fever, eg its duration periodicity etc Fever can be because of number of causes Cold sponging is a good non medicinal way to reduce fever. Apart from that take adequate water and electrolyte say ORS I would suggest u to consult me online so that after asking some questions i can give u medicines.
