I had low vitamin b12 and vitamin d
My vit b12 is 193 and vit d is 13 so doctor advise me d rise sachet once a week and becosule daily for one month because i feel lack of energy and fainting always but from last 4 or 5 days i feel faint again , after these doses i feel very good for 20 days but from last 5 days i take hot lemon water with honey for weight loss does it is due to lemon water or vit d got down again
