First mention in clear how did you get your BP checked , by yourself or through any other helper And whenever you are worried about bp your first point of approach must be to consult a doctor We here take an average of three readings and then label as hypertensive or not
Next Steps
try to decrease the amount of salt you take
Health Tips
please try to identify if any giddiness , sweating etc is present

Your neck pain made be associated with cervical spondylosis, if at the BP you getting dizziness from getting up from sitting position then its orthostatic hypotension. It needs to be evaluated. Need to consult and orthopaedician to rule out neck pain cause.
