No your blood Preesure is in normal range
To assign BP as elevated minimum 3 reading should be elevated
The bp which you got elevated is nothing but called as white coat hypertension ( it's normal )
In manual checking by nurse ,two different reading with that difference in systolic BP is not normal,it may be due to fault measure technique otherwise at your age ,raised BP is concern .
the last reading are normal
but if variable reading you can get ambulatory bp monitoring to rule out white coat hypertension and proper diagnosis
kindly consult on practo
In my opinion, your initial reading of 150/80 was likely a temporary spike caused by "White Coat Hypertension"—anxiety or stress from being in a medical setting. The fact that your numbers dropped to 124/76 after resting is a positive sign that your resting blood pressure is much lower.
Normal vs. Elevated: A truly "Normal" reading is less than 120/80.
Stage 1 Hypertension: Readings consistently at or above 130/80 are classified as Stage 1 Hypertension.
Arm Difference: A difference of 6 points between arms (124 vs 130) is common and generally considered normal, often due to minor anatomical differences or arm dominance.
Next Steps
Home Monitoring: Do not rely on medical camp readings alone. Measure your BP at home in a relaxed state twice daily (morning and evening) for one week.
Log Your Numbers: Keep a written record of these home readings to show your doctor. A diagnosis of hypertension usually requires the average of multiple readings over several different occasions.
Consult a Physician: If your home averages remain above 130/80, schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss lifestyle adjustments or further evaluation.
Health Tips
Proper Technique: When measuring at home, sit quietly for 5 minutes beforehand, keep your feet flat on the floor (don't cross legs), and ensure your arm is supported at heart level.
Watch Triggers: Avoid caffeine, smoking, or heavy exercise for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement, as these can cause temporary spikes.
Healthy Habits: Focus on reducing salt (sodium) intake and aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week to help naturally lower your baseline numbers.

BP should not be more than 130/86 at any time for your age...if u have a family history of raised BP just get it checked regularly say every month...more in evenings after the whole day's stress...the likelihood of unmasking a high BP is higher.
For now it is normal.
If you have persistent increase in BP...don't ignore it...there can be various reasons
150/80 is high for your age
Consult for better and further management
