Your risk is very low and you’re already on PEP 👍 for early reassurance you can do an RNA test 10–14 days

Based on your description, the risk of HIV transmission via oral sex (sucking) is clinically considered extremely low, even if there was pre-ejaculate or minor fluid exchange. HIV is much less efficiently transmitted through oral routes compared to anal or vaginal intercourse. Furthermore, since you started PEP (Duovir-N) following the exposure on April 30th, you have already taken the most effective medical precaution available. The medication is designed to stop the virus from establishing an infection during this critical early phase, significantly reducing any remaining risk."
Next Steps
Symptom Awareness: Do not "search" for symptoms like fever or sore throat online. Many people experience 'Psychosomatic symptoms' due to stress that mimic early HIV infection. Focus on finishing your medication instead. Final Confirmation: A final follow-up test at 90 days (3 months) post-exposure is the only way to officially and conclusively close this case as HIV-negative.
